We are committed to improving the quality of life in the communities we serve and believe passionately that what we do makes a difference for children and their families.

Student Transportation Inc.’s regional management and local employees are mothers, fathers, neighbors, and friends with roots that go deep in the communities we serve. STI donates services and countless hours each year towards local community service. Whether it is a clothing drive, food drive, or scholarship fundraiser, Student Transportation Inc. prides itself on the charitable efforts of its employees. We like to say we are more than just partners with the communities we serve. We are part of them.

STA Debuts Brand New Fleet and Facilities in Omaha, NE

Student Transportation of America officially announced and celebrated the beginning of its partnership with Omaha Public Schools and Milliard Public Schools in Omaha, Nebraska earlier this summer. At the ribbon cutting ceremony and open house held at the new STA headquarters on July 17th, STA was welcomed to Omaha by Nebraskan members of the state and national legislatures, integral members of the Omaha community, and individuals from all offices within the school systems. The new STA fleet serving Omaha includes brand new eco-friendly buses that run on propane gas and are equipped with technology such as security cameras, GPS, and child check systems to ensure the safety of each and every child onboard.

Just as STA was warmly welcomed into the Omaha community, we welcomed many Omaha natives onboard as the newest members of the STA community. With over 550 new employees, we couldn’t be prouder or more excited to welcome our newest and largest operation into the STA family and begin to serve the Omaha and Milliard School Districts together!
